Meet Somerset County’s
Premier Lawyer: Marci L. Miller

Marci L. Miller is proud to call Somerset County, PA home. She graduated from Meyersdale High School, University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, and eventually Duquesne University School of Law. Southwest Pennsylvania continues to be her home for her family.
Marci L. Miller’s passion for helping others started in high school. This is when she started volunteering at a nursing home and local senior citizen’s center in Meyersdale, PA. She was a certified nursing assistant before graduating college summa cum laude with dual majors in Political Science and History.

After graduating, she was certified as a law student through Southern Alleghenies Legal Services. She went on to work as a law clerk with a local law firm in Somerset, PA. While working there, she attended Duquesne University School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1997.
Since passing the bar in 1997, Marci L. Miller has worked with hundreds of clients. She has covered a wide variety of legal issues throughout those years. These include: civil litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, family law matters, bankruptcy, municipal law, and estate planning. She was admitted to practice before the Somerset County Court of Common Pleas and the Western District Court of Pennsylvania. Marci L. Miller is also able to practice in front of the U.S. Supreme Court.
Outside of practicing the law, Marci L. Miller enjoys reading, baking, cooking, visiting the beach, and spending time with her family.
